Here'due south the step on how yous can install xp on pre installed win 7.
First.
On the Setup of your bios.
Choose the ATA instead of AHCI on the SATA configuration..
Then apply the changes. Then insert your cd on the cd rom. make sure you take chosen the cd as your first kicking device.

Boot from the XP CD (make certain that the BIOS boot club is prepare to CD bulldoze first), and follow the prompts for a make clean installation.

Note that when you practise this, y'all lose *everything* on the drive, and so make sure you have a backup on external media of all the data you need. And likewise note that backing up programs won't help.; they will need to exist reinstalled from their original media.

And earlier you exercise this, make sure that XP drivers exist for all your hardware.

Why practice you want to do this? It's almost e'er a bad mistake, in my view.

Check that XP drivers are bachelor for your hardware. If there aren't any, your computer volition non run particularly well..
